Vrindavan is a well-known temple city which is famous for Lord Krishna and Radha Ji ‘s ras Leelas. There are lot of temples dedicate to Lord Krishna. Among them, there is one of the Legend temples dedicated to the Powerful Mother Goddess Mata Vaishno Devi. This sacred temple situated at the at Bhaktivedanta Swami Marg near Chhatikara. Mata Vaishno Devi also commonly referred to as Mata Rani and Vaishnavi. Vaishno Devi Temple is one of the most significant Hindu temples devoted to Parvati or Goddess Shakti, the Divine companion of Lord Shiva. Supreme goddess Maa Vaishno Devi is the one who provides strength and good luck to her devotees.
Originally, Mata Vaishno Mandir is situated at Katra in Jammu which witnesses many devotees throughout the year. This place is too far but approachable by train or bus but still sometimes devotees are not able to reach there for worship. Jay Kay Trust which is headed by its Managing Trustee Sh. J.C Chaudhary considered this fact and purchased this land in 2003 to establish one of the renowned temple Maa Vaishno Devi Mandir in holy land of Lord Krishna.
This beautiful temple is built on 11 acres of land with amazing facilities including dispensary, library along with two dharmshalas constructed for devotees who come from the across the world to stay in temple premises. There is a one spiritual hall which is again clubbed with beautiful meditation centre along with a yoga centre and a large langar hall. These all facilities are offered to devotees who come from other parts of the country to give them comfort and peace. This sacred temple has been built by so much of devotion, hand work, art and craft work. There is a beautiful and big statue of Mata Vaishno Devi. Approximately 400 tons of steel and concrete has been used to make the glorious statue of Mata Vaishno Devi along with lion in which include Mata Vaishno Devi’s accessories and other objects. This beautiful statue is the signature figure of this temple which is decorated with stylish red color saree includes with amazingly trinkets and weapons of the goddess which symbolize her strength and power to fight against evil and elegantly sitting on her royal carrier, Lion. This dynamic statue is analyzed by computerized software and tested against earthquake.
You can find a huge crowd in this holy shrine throughout the year. It is such a delight to visit Shri Vashno Devi Temple. People from any caste, religion or class, can have the darshan of this holy shrine. Devotees from abroad can also be seen chanting Sanskrit Mantras to indulge themselves in Maa devi-divinity.
